• Upload purchased files to file-sharing websites, public drives, forums, marketplaces, social groups, or similar distribution channels.
• Share the purchased files with others as a substitute for their own purchase.
• Copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute, or commercially exploit the product.
• Modify or repackage the product and represent it as your own work.
• Remove copyright, attribution, licensing, or ownership notices contained within the product.
• Use the product to create competing commercial products or derivative products for resale.

Pricing and Product Information

Prices for digital products are displayed on the applicable product page or during checkout.

HotWheelsHub may change product prices, offers, bundles, included materials, or availability from time to time.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or the terms governing a completed transaction, changes to future pricing do not normally alter the price of a transaction that has already been completed.

If a pricing or product-description error is discovered before a transaction is completed, HotWheelsHub may correct the information before accepting or making the product available for purchase.

Payments and Paddle Checkout

HotWheelsHub may use Paddle or another approved payment or commerce provider to process digital-product transactions.

Where a purchase is processed through Paddle, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for the transaction. The buyer purchases through Paddle's checkout services, while HotWheelsHub remains responsible for creating and making the applicable HotWheelsHub digital product available under these Terms.

Paddle may handle payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, fraud prevention, payment-method support, and other commerce-related responsibilities associated with the transaction.

Transactions processed through Paddle are also subject to Paddle's applicable Buyer Terms, checkout terms, privacy notices, and refund rules.

Information entered directly into a third-party checkout is processed according to that provider's own terms and privacy practices.

Taxes and Transaction Charges

Taxes or other transaction-related charges may apply depending on the purchaser's location, the nature of the product, and applicable law.

Where a Merchant of Record or payment provider is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable transaction taxes, those taxes may be calculated and presented through the checkout process.
